Here’s what happens next:

-Join the zoom link that was emailed to you at your scheduled time.

 

If You are wanting to increase your vertical:
-We’ll walk through your current numbers and your best jump/dunk video.
-You’ll find out what your deficit is thats stopping you from jumping higher.
-We’ll map out what your next 6 weeks of training should look like based on that deficit.

 

If you have knee pain:

-We'll map out your next 8 weeks to get you back to jumping pain free
 

Before your call, make sure you:

-Have your best estimate of your deep back squat max
-Have your best estimate of your power clean max (if you have one)
-Know your standing and approach vertical, or the closest estimate
-Have at least one video of your best jump or dunk attempt ready to go
