4. You train 6x/week on a precise schedule
5. You send videos for technique analysis so you’re jumping and lifting correctly
6. You log jumps, sets, and how you feel so we can adjust if needed
By the end of week six, we re‑test your vertical. If it’s up 2+ inches compared to your starting test and you followed the rules, the challenge is free.
